SCHOOL YEAR TUITION RATES (ALL AGES)

We have long strived to remain either the lowest priced, or among the lowest priced child care companies in the area, while providing an amazing program filled with top-notch curriculums, fun and educational clubs, games, and field trips, in a clean and safe center for our families.

We are proud to say that we have maintained that goal, even through the COVID-19 pandemic. For current tuition rates, please either contact a Clubhouse Kids center or download an enrollment packet for the currently enrolling school year or summer camp period from our website.

MANY SCHOOL YEAR TUITION DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

We realize that child care can be expensive, particularly for multi-children families. During school year care, we offer a "sliding scale" sibling discount for siblings enrolled in our care. The highest priced sibling enrollment plan pays regular price, but after that, the more siblings enrolled, the higher the discount! The sibling discounts do not apply to our drop-in care.

Available discounts include:

  • Sliding-scale sibling discount (no other child care center in the area has this discount!)
  • Military discount
  • College-enrolled parent discount
  • Referral discount
  • Our I-Spy Game discount
  • and more!

Tuition rates vary depending on which days, and in which parts of those days, your child may need care, as well as in which county and state each program is located. Available enrollment plans for our little ones are available in 3-day per week or 5-day per week plans, and for our school-agers range from a 5-days-per-week Before and After School Care plan to a 1-day-per-week Before School Care Only plan or After School Care Only plan...and just about everything in-between!

For a complete breakdown of our current child care plans and rates, please head over to our Forms page to download our Enrollment Application right now!

SUMMER CAMP RATES (SCHOOL AGE)

We know school-age summer camp can be expensive. To the best of our knowledge, Clubhouse Kids has had, and hopes to continue to have, one of the the lowest priced summer camp sessions in the area, for our type of multiple-weekly-field trip summer camp program. Our program is without a doubt the best value in Frederick-area summer camp programs.

Summer Camp tuition rates are likely to adjust slightly each year, but we always strive to remain priced lower than our competitors, and to provide the best summer camp value for the money. A weekly built-in Activity Fee helps to cover travel costs and admission fees associated with our frequent summer camp field trips to area theme parks, movie theaters, pools, bowling alleys, farms, and more, as well as our theme days when spending the day at the center.

SUMMER CAMP TUITION DISCOUNTS (SCHOOL AGE)

A summer camp sibling discount is offered for siblings enrolled in the same weeks of camp as the regular priced sibling. (As far as we know, none of our area competitors offer this). That sibling discount amount is:

  • $10 per 1st additional sibling (child #2) per week; and,
  • $20 per 2nd additional sibling and after (child #3 & after) per week.
CHILD CARE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (CCS)/CHILD CARE SUBSIDY (VOUCHERS)

Clubhouse Kids is a proud participant in the Maryland Excels "Check for Quality Child Care Program", and Maryland's Child Care Scholarship program.

Eligible families receive payment vouchers from CCS Central to cover part of their child care costs. The voucher shows:

  • The subsidy rate -- the part of the child care costs that the State is paying for the family
  • The family co-payment -- the amount that the family is required to pay according to State regulation

Families take the voucher to a child care provider that participates in the Maryland EXCELS program.(link is external) The voucher is a signed agreement between the State, provider and parent. The voucher is returned to CCS Central for processing. The family is responsible for paying the State assigned co-payment directly to their child care provider. Once the child begins care, the child care provider submits an invoice for payments and is then reimbursed for the subsidy portion of the payment by the State.
